ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:
a) be a legal resident of Canada;
b) be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at time of entry; and
c) be legally able to travel to Mexico.
CONTEST PERIOD.The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m.Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Thursday, August 31, 2006 and closes at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, September 28, 2006 (the "Contest Period").
HOW TO ENTER. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. To enter online, complete and submit the entry form located at http://www.canada.com/topics/travel/...ts/cwtloscabos (the Contest Website). To enter by mail, see rules. Limit of one (1) Entry person or e-mail address per day.
PRIZE. There will be one (1) grand prize (the Grand Prize) awarded to the Contest winner (Winner) consisting of an all inclusive trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (Guest) to Los Cabos, Mexico at the Presidente Inter-Continental Los Cabos Resort (the Resort). Specifically, the Grand Prize includes: seven (7) nights standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy), all meals, 24-hour snacks and drinks, towel service, daily activities and nightly entertainment. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of Eighteen Hundred and Ninety-nine dollars (CDN />,899.00) per person.
