To be eligible for the grand prize in the Sweepstakes, you must be 21 years of age or older, a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and have established an email address as of February 1, 2006. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Grand Prize Winner MUST travel on/between August 28, 2006 and September 4, 2006. Blackout dates and/or times may apply.
The Sweepstakes begins February 1, 2006, at 9:00AM (ET) and ends March 15, 2006, at 6:00 PM (ET) ("Sweepstakes Period").
To register go to: www.roysrestaurant.com/safarisweepstakes and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form. Limit one entry per person, household and e-mail address. (You will be asked to register by providing your name, address, email address, phone number and birth date. There is no fee and contestants do not need to obtain an ID and Password. Once contestants have finished the registration process they can immediately begin enter by following the directions set forth in the sweepstakes area of the www.roysrestuarant.com/safarisweepstakes area.
One Grand Prize Winner will receive: One trip for two (2) to the South Africa Winelands Tour & Safari With Chef Roy: a. Air Travel i. Round trip coach airfare for two (2) from the major airport closest to Winner's home to Cape Town. ii. Private round trip air from Johannesburg to Singita.
b. Transportation to and from all airports in South Africa c. Accomodations i. three (3) nights luxury accommodations at the Cape Grace Hotel (based on double occupancy.) ii. Four (4) nights luxury accommodations Singita
d. Meals
i. 2 (two) breakfasts at Cape Grace Hotel ii. Private dinner
with Chef Roy
iii. Various escorted tours and tastings at the discretion of Roys iv. All inclusive meals and game-viewing activities at Singita vi. Various wine tastings throughout the trip at the discretion of Roys

Grand Prize Winner MUST travel on/between August 28, 2006 through September 4, 2006 otherwise the prize will be forfeited. Blackout dates may apply. Tips, insurance, taxes, visa fees, phone calls, items of personal nature, travel to and from airport at Winner's residence and all other expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Roys sole discretion due to prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. (Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize Package US Dollars $20,000)
