Sweepstakes is open to CMT.com users who are residing citizens of the U.S of at least 21 years of age at time of entry.
To enter: The sweepstakes will be posted on CMT.com, a website owned and controlled by MTV Networks ("MTVN") starting at or around 12:00PM (CDT) on September 23, 2005 and ending at 11:59PM (CDT) on October 3, 2005 (the "Sweepstakes"). Participants must fill out the required fields on the Sweepstakes entry form to be entered into a random drawing (collectively "Eligible Entries"). There will be one (1) grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") selected. Participants must complete all required data requested on the entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. Limit one entry per person per day.
Prizing: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize consisting of:
* Roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport that is nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence (at MTVN's discretion) to Nashville, Tennessee; (MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the destination); and
* Airport/Hotel transfers; and
* Two (2) nights hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize Winner and (1) guest (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only, at the Loews Vanderbilt Plaza; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals not included).
The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.
Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be available to travel between October 16, 2005 and October 18, 2005 or Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to Grand Prize package.
