Then fill in all required information including first name, last name, e-mail address and date of birth. Submit your completed on-line entry in accordance with the on-screen instruction during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries will be come property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. In the event that you cannot enter the Sweepstakes electronically, send a postcard including your name, address, and age to the following address:

ii. Three (3) nights hotel accommodations (quad occupancy, room and room tax charges only);
iii. Four (4) 3-Day/2-Park tickets to Universal Studios FloridaŽ and Universal's Island of AdventureŽ;
iv. Ground transportation to and from the airport to hotel in Orlando, Florida
Meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, and other personal expenses are the winner's responsibility. The fair market value of this prize is $3,000.00.
