1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, EXCLUDING CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA AND NEW YORK, AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 8/1/05 TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter the Heineken Austin City Limits Music Festival Sweepstakes, beginning at 12:01:01 am ET on 8/1/05, log on to www.heineken.com and complete an Official Entry Form. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on 8/31/05. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Limit one entry per person, per IP address, per 24-hour period. If multiple entries are received within a 24-hour period, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries will be disregarded. In case of a dispute over winners identity, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the IP address owner (who must meet eligibility requirements). Sponsor not responsible for incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsors sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. 2. PRIZE/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests (guests must be 21 years of age or older) to the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin, TX; a Heineken-branded Gibson Guitar (specific make and model to be determined by Sponsor); and four (4) Sony Ericsson s710 wireless telephones and four (4) $50 calling cards (certain restrictions may apply). Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for winner and three (3) guests from the major airport nearest the winners residence to Austin, TX, (if the Grand Prize winner resides within 150 miles of Austin, TX, winner will receive round-trip ground transportation selected by Sponsor between the winners residence and the hotel in lieu of airfare); a 4-day/3-night hotel stay (standard room, double-occupancy accommodations/hotel to be selected by Sponsor); ground transportation for winner and three (3) guests the days of the Austin City Limits Music Festival between hotel and festival; and four (4) Premium Passes to the Austin City Limits Music Festival valid 9/23/059/25/05. Winner and guests must be able to travel between 9/22/05-9/26/05. If Grand Prize winner cannot travel on dates specified, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. (Total ARV:9,746) No part of the Grand Prize includes beer or alcoholic beverages. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the prizes and is not responsible for flight or event cancellation or postponement. The cash equivalent of any portion of the prize is not permitted, except at Sponsors sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. All prizes will be awarded if a sufficient number of entries are received.
3. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 9/9/05 from all valid entries received. Winner will be contacted by telephone on or about 9/12/05 at the daytime number listed. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Fulfillment agent must reach potential winner; messages will not be left. Prize will be delivered within approximately 4-7 days of verification of eligibility.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the Continental United States, excluding California, Florida and New York, who have Internet access as of 8/1/05. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Heineken USA Inc., and its agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prizewinner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and a Travel Release. Travel companions must be 21 years of age or older and must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release. Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and Travel Releases must be returned within 2 days of notification or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: Prizewinner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. All entrants release Heineken USA Inc., and each of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for property damage or personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.
