Eligibility: Papa John's Summer Click 'N Win (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of May 23, 2005. Void in certain Texas zip codes (see rules).
The Promotion begins on May 23, 2005 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 28, 2005 at 11:50 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
How to Enter: No purchase in necessary to enter. During the Promotion Period go to http://www.papajohns.com and follow the links and instructions to the Promotion Page. Complete and submit the registration form. You will automatically be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing pool for the geographical region in which you reside. See Section 5 for a list of drawing pools defined by geographical region. You will then advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the instructions, and you will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of one (1) of the prizes set forth below. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game and will be provided directions for validation and instructions on how to claim prize or offer. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $26,052. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depends on the number of eligible entries received in each drawing pool during the Promotion Period.
Instant Win Game prizes: THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: Trip for four (4) to any Six Flags Park of winners choosing within the 48 contiguous United States (valid through 2006). Package includes the following: Four (4) round trip coach airfare to and from a major U.S. gateway within the 48 contiguous states, two (2) nights First Class Hotel Accommodations (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), $500 spending money (for winner only), four (4) tickets to Six Flags, and rental car (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for duration of stay (driver must be 21) other restrictions apply. ARV: $5,780.
