Sweepstakes is open worldwide to persons 18 years or older as of October 1, 2004, except residents of Florida and New York. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on September 1, 2004 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on January 2, 2005. Multiple entries are permitted.

One (1) Grand Prizes: Super Bowl Trip: four day/four night trip for two to the Super Bowl in Jacksonville, FL. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from the major commercial airport closest to winner's residence to Jacksonville, FL, four nights standard (double occupancy) hotel accommodations, two tickets to PLAYERS INC VIP Party and two tickets to NFL Players Party (winner and guest must be 21 or over to attend NFL Players Party) and two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XXXVIII.
