Trip to LA/People's Choice Awards - Canada only - 12/15/04 d/l

Contest closes December 15, 2004, 11:59 pm EST
· Return economy air transportation from the Canadian domestic commercial airport nearest the winner's residence (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point") to Los Angeles, California, USA.
· Four (4) nights accommodation for four (4) (based on two (2) rooms, double room occupancy), at hotel chosen by Contest Sponsors.
· Four (4) tickets for winner and guests to the People's Choice Awards event, held on January 9th, 2005 (seat selection to be determined by the Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion and authority).
· Four (4) tickets to the Peoples' Choice Awards post awards show party.
· Ground transportation from the airport to hotel upon arrival and return
transportation service to and from the event on January 9th, 2005.
· The Prize winner will receive One Thousand Dollars Canadian ($1,000CDN)
spending money.
