STA TRAVEL Adventure Month "African Safari of a Lifetime"
Grand Prize is for a 19 night / 20 day trip for 2 to South Africa for a Safari including, R/T economy airfare, hotel and camping accomodations, most meals, overland safari transportation (SOME WALKING IS REQUIRED SO GET TO THE GYM AND START WORKING OUT!)
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. (excluding, without limitation the States of Florida, Alaska and Hawaii, all US territories and possessions and overseas military installations) who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence.
Grand Prize (1): A 19-night/20-day trip for two (2) on an African Safari including:
- Roundtrip, economy class air travel for two (2), on an airline and schedule to be determined by Sponsor in its sole, subjective determination (there may be stops and plane changes) from/to airports in New York City, New York to/from Johannesburg, South Africa;
- Transfers to/from Livingston, Zambia; 19-night accommodations participation camping (13 nts), full service camping (2 nts), simple hotel (4 nts);
- 19 breakfasts, 14 lunches and 13 dinners. Allow US$120-$145 for meals and drinks (including bottled water);
- Overland vehicle, 44 safari vehicle and ferry transportation provided;
- Some walking required;
- Average Retail Value (ARV) $9000
NOTES:
1) Alternate Method of Entry by filling out form in an STA store. http://statravel.com/findastore
2) Winner will be responsible for all other expenditures not specifically mentioned here including, without limitation, some meals and beverages, gratuities, telephone, incidentals, transportation to and from originating/return and destination airport, personal expenses and travel/medical/baggage insurance.
3) There may be blackout dates and tickets are non-transferable and non-endorsable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
4) Tickets issued may not be eligible for accrual of frequent flyer mileage.
5) Winner must submit three (3) desirable travel days, in order of preference, to Sponsor at least 45 days prior to the earliest desired departure date and understand that space is based on availability.
6) Travel must be completed by December 31, 2012 or it will be forfeited without any compensation or notice.
