I'm in France now and everyone is excited about Mar 14. I converted my US CDC card to the pass and uploaded to the tous anti covid app. Nice pharmacy inside Nice airport where one can do it quickly. Only need for a week... but didn't want any problems. First restaurant I went to didn't bother asking for to see the app (and I ate indoors). Looks like the ending may even happen early.

This is great news! We are traveling to the U.K. and France in May and now we don't have to worry about the pass. I'm assuming this applies to transportation as well? Now if we can just get the U.S. to eliminate the testing prior to coming back to the states.

Do you still need to fill out an attestation form or something in addition to showing your CDC card on arrival? I’ve been searching and guessing it’s no but just wanted to confirm. Flying next week for a birthday trip. 😀

Immigration has asked for my arrival BP more times than my proof of vaccination.

Stupid question but what’s BP? Boarding pass?

Don't know if still the case, but nobody cares about that so don't bother.

yes, on board they handed us that form. They then came and collected it. However, I was napping so didn't hand mine in. When I woke up I realized they had already been collected, so I went to the back and handed it to the woman who had the pile in her hand. She took it and placed it in the pile. 2 things... you could simply not hand it in, or you could write whatever the heck you wanted on it, such as Kris Kringle, 1 Paris Way. Nobody checked or cared. However, I wrote the truth. It took all of 2 minutes to fill out on board.

btw, for those traveling onward to countries that still use the QR code pass (such as Italy), I recommend converting your paper CDC card into a Pass Saintaire (if the pharmacies will still allow). The Pass Sainitaire QR code is being accepted in Italy. I'm there now and they periodically ask for a Super Green Pass. Although I believe they'd ultimately accept the paper CDC card, things go much more smoothly with the QR code.

That's why a friend of mine who just arrived in France got her pass vaccinal just 3 days before it ended -- because she is going to Italy for a month after leaving Paris.

Yes

I hadn't noticed until now, but a few days ago the US was moved to the "Green" category and all those silly attestation documents for Green countries have now officially vaporized. They're not even on the French Interior Minister's website anymore. So now all you need is a vaccination card.
On the current Green list, by the way, the United States is alphabetized under "E," not "U." All you French speakers out there know why, right? Anyway, that threw me for a few minutes before I figured it out; plus the color code on the map (green) gave me a little clue.
And for all you AA fliers out there, yes, Verifly is totally screwed up (again) on account of the recent changes, which it seems to have only partially figured out. I just ignored the confusion, uploaded my CDC card yet again, clicked "yes" on everything (however little sense it made), and everything then worked fine.

United State = États-Unis

I was going to print it out today for my flight tonight so one less thing to do. AF Ready2Fly came through too so hopefully I’m all set.

Hi.

Has anyone tried Pass+ in the AntiCovid app to transform certificates and add booster(s)?

bukzin Apr 7, 2022 8:22 pm

As of today (April 7th) is Air France still operating their Ready2Fly system?

Secondly, anyone have an update on what is currently suggested (or required) for a France to Italy trip?
(coming first from US)
