connecting onto
AF7738 CDG-BES, departing 1625 from Terminal 2F.
Return 14th Nov.
AF7733 BES-CDG arriving 1945 Terminal 2F.
connecting onto
BA0329 CDG-LHR departing 2120, Terminal 2A.
Will be 2 tickets as its BA / AF and HBO.

Hi Tom, are you speaking from experience? Airside with boarding pass and HBO, it seems an internal train / bus, a walk and security.
CDG airport guide says 45mins 2A-2F and vice versa.
My proposed travel:
Outbound: 2hr connection time.
Return: 1hr 35 connection time.
Alternatively theres a 1 ticket route with AF and 2hr connection on the way out, 1hr 10 on the way back.
In this case its Terminal 2E and 2F.

2E to 2F is a lot easier.

Hand baggage only. Origin is BA forum jargon when BA's equivalent of Air France "mini"-fares were described as "hand baggage only", usually abbreviated to HBO. Now, BA call these fares "basic" but the abbreviation has stuck among BA forum regulars to describe the factual situation of being without hold baggage.

Clearly, there is not heaps of time and if flights are delayed, all bets are off. I would not want to risk it if it was crucial to be on time and could not afford to miss the flight but I would not go as far as saying that we are in "no chance in hell" territory.

Are the direct flights from LON-RNS/NTE plus hire car an option as an alternative? Appreciate the timings may not be as optimal, but it'd certainly be less risky.
