Make-A-Wish Miles for Smiles Telethon - Donate DL, UA, US, and AS miles
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is holding a telethon (right now) on KATU in PDX to collect unused frequent flyer miles to help make kids' wishes come true.
- Alaska Airlines – No minimum, and donations will be doubled by AS
- Delta Air Lines – 1,000-mile minimum
- United/Continental – 500-mile minimum
- US Airways – 1,000-mile minimum
To donate call 1-800-346-9256 or use this PDF form which can be emailed or faxed in.
I just saw it on the TV, and they aren't anywhere close to their goal of 8 million miles.
Let's blow up their phone lines.
