The nice lady beside had many stories of flying these planes in Lapland (I think there were regular routes to Sodankylä and Enontekiö) at that time or a bit earlier. As well as to Halli and Ylivieska.
As a kid I flew a couple of times from Halli to HEL on military planes. My grandparents were from Halli.
The seats are 17 inches vs typical width of 18 inches so really not that much smaller and there are no middle seats to worry about if they sit in an aisle they should be fine
