Jes man. Now I got it. This said desk is intended for that customer promise.
Well done then, at least then they have really thought about it.
but as typical execution fails, I wonder how the design wqill work then in practice. At least it fails already now that it came by surprise to me, while they could have informed a TKU flyer beforehand that there will be a dedicated desk at HEL.

Maybe that desk was originally meant for THL to check that Turku people are fit for flights!

If I read this correctly, this was a wet-lease.

No, believe it or not, the segment itself was dry-release

Great report, FFlash!

Glad to see what the current TKU-HEL AY experience looks like and I can say I am happy I no longer live in my former hometown so I can avoid this sustainable ride as well as the rude service desk you encountered!

Sometimes this bus connection can be used to dump the price from HEL. For example one must take the evening flight to ZRH on June 16th. HEL-ZRH 133eur. TKU (bus)-HEL-ZRH is 123eur. Skip the bus and invest the savings in salad.

I am aghast at the lack of blueberry juice on the bus service!

But I got an understanding that this desk is for pax coming from TKU/TMP who have bags to drop or checkin issues or whatnot.
But bag drop was at 12:10 so of course you can't drop off your bags as late as 14:42.

Do you earn points on bus trips?

I had sworn that I’ll never use this service but it seems I must. So, where is the actual departure point. local bus stop at Aninkaistenkatu/ Aningaisgatan or regular Helsinki platform or somewhere else. Sometime I might need to use the Tampere departure point as well. Where is the bus stop there at the bus station.

In Turku it is not the local stop but the platforms area, nr 4 IIRC
