The platinum desk sure isnt what it used to be, I have had 2 upgrade vouchers deducted and only flew one of the flights, trying to get the other one back is turning out to be near impossible 😄 the flights were cancelled and rebooked so many times I don't even remember where the original one was used... To

How can they not see when a voucher was used or not at AY customer service?

No CS has a 3 week back-log on a premium line so I guess it is just not monitored. Either silently abandoned or collateral damage from some layoffs.
Finnair plus rep seems not to be online on FT either, perhaps majority of staff is on an involuntary mkki repairing leave...

There is only one way to contact CS. Call them.
Really good CS agent yesterday, I told him I've sent an e-mail regarding the details of my problem. He found my mail while we spoke and the problem was solved within minutes.

Impossible to get printouts from reserved AY flights nowadays required for some destinations. And the STUPIDBOT (most likely reflecting the thinking behaviour of the current "CEO") keeps out from reaching human help. Not just worth trying!! Can it get much worse as life goes back to normal everywhere else...
