OH-LQA

According to flightradar24, OH-LQA has not moved since Jan. 21, when it came back to HEL. Does that mean that Finnair is finally an all-flat-bed airline?

Too bad . Is there actually a public resource where you can see which planes are scheduled to go on which flights?

It is not that bad a plane IMO. There has been much worse ones.

And I read numerous comments elsewhere complaining that the A350 business seats are not that great after all, and I agree, I pretty much prefer the A330 seats, but that's only me. YMMV

I'm on the AY81 flight to SIN on Monday, and OH-LQA is scheduled to operate that flight. Originally when it was booked, it was down as an A330, but changed to an A340 a few weeks ago and the seatmap means it must be this one. Could be worse...my first Finnair trip was on one of the old Air France birds...it felt like a flashback to the early 90s!

@FFlash: Thanks for mentioning this, that is interesting to hear. I am actually quite tall (2 Meters), and from the pictures I had the impression that the A350 leg room in bed mode might be quite tight for tall people?

No worries. 6.2. HEL-ICN isn't operated by OH-LQA.

I was on OH-LQA yesterday into SIN- not the worst plane I've ever flown, definitely not the best. J cabin is nice and open with the centre luggage storage missing, but the seats are never going to be as great for sleeping as a full lie flat bed. I was due on the same plane back on Feb 5th, but it changed to one of the other A340's earlier this week :-)

Wasn't hugely impressed with the service from the all Asian crew compared to previous Finnair experiences on longhaul - slow meal service, missed out drinks, managed to spill juice and not clean it up etc. First world problems I know, but not very slick.

Trust me. With my luck, they'll go and get LQG back for this trip only.

Unfortunately I can only tell for sure it is not going to be OH-LQA.
Not sure which of the remaining 4 it's going to be.
