24h window cancellation and refund mag says 4-5 weeks. Nice bank AY. Lets see how much many days I am kneeing sat (kyykytys own term, idk what is english for that)

Quite frustrating, after they IT change now they cannot even fix a simple points issue in Under a week....

Before the double points were credited in 24hrs after reporting it now going on 10 days and NOTHING 😡👀

So 11 days and still no fix in sight. update from plat desk: no news


They know theres a problem but either refuse to fix it or cannot fix it they keep saying it takes time which is BS as its taken 24hrs max before...

Unbeleivable that AY has ZERO ways to escalate 🤷‍♂️

Truly sad state of customer service there where IT levels seem to be from the 1980s

Tempted to cancel some flights again 😏😁

Hey! In the 80's no one released untested software into production after a 2 week "sprint" loosely following a roadmap made by a drunk person. This "anything that passes the compiler is production-ready" is entirely a modern thing!

Finnair plat desk just sent me a cut and paste reply to a email I sent them FEB 06 2022 🤷‍♂️😏

After 15 days Finnairs Plussa osasto is still working on getting the double points posted abd I am stuck at 99% LUMO completion 😀😁
Maybe the ONE person at ay plus who knows how to credit missing double points is on annual leave now but this has really been a sauer crap experience 😁😁😀

How hard can it be since up until last month they were correcting the mistakes in 24hrs now 15 days really???

Ok ok rant over 😁😁

Back to work I go
