3 future reservations disappeared from My Reservations

3 future reservations disappeared from My Reservations
I have 3 future reservations at SJ/NB that disappeared from My Reservations. Has anyone experienced this in the past? Any thoughts on why it occurred? I didn't change anything about those reservations

Mine are gone too, but appear intact when i check one by one with the confirmation number.

1 of my 4 future reservations remain. 2 were personal, 2 were work. Seems odd, I can't find any pattern on the 3 that disappeared.

I saw some website maintanance message over the weekend, maybe that's why.
My reservations disappeared too - and while one of them is searchable by confirmation number, the other one says "no records found" when searching it also which is worrying. Will be calling them about it.

I can't even log into my account right now. Definitely something strange going on with their website right now.

I managed to log in, and I'm only seeing 2 of my upcoming 5 reservations. The FPC line said they did a system update on Sunday and it's been causing problems ever since, but insisted that the reservations are still intact.
It also seems to be affecting my reservations with Swissotel, which the rep confirmed is related, since all 3 FRHI brands use the same systems.

No, they still don't show up online. All she could do was apologize for the systems problem but assured me that the reservations were still visible to her in their internal systems. She was also surprised that the system even let me in at all, since many people calling had been complaining they couldn't even log in.
Since they're obviously aware of the problem, which has been dragging on for more than a day, they might consider putting up a notice on their website letting people know.

I wouldn't worry too much.
As much as I like Fairmont, their IT system is absolutely terrible. Especially if you have a confirmation e-mail or similar, I wouldn't worry.
