FrequentMiler
I couldn't find a thread on FT about FrequentMiler - surprising to me because I think of them as one of the big boys in the miles/points for travel world.
Maybe that's because they just don't do anything controversial enough to make people want to post? If so, good job people!
Anyway, I was listening to an old podcast of theirs (definitely not as polished and professional as the website, but entertaining enough to listen to in the background) and Nick said he doesn't have Global Entry.
How is that possible? They must have tons of Amex Platinum accounts floating around there alone, in addition to several other cards that reimburse for Global Entry. And Nick definitely travels plenty. How could he not have GE for himself and his wife and kids?
I was amazed. And Greg didn't rib him about it either.

There are lots of reasons someone who has the financial ability/credits but doesn't have Global Entry. I have no clue if any apply to this individual, but off the top of my head:
- Prior Criminal Convictions
- Customs/Immigration Violations
- Application Issues/Agent in a bad mood
- Not the worth the hassle of an interview

If you are curious all you have to do is ask. Their team runs one of the most thriving, supportive, and friendly online travel communities out there. They engage with their online community multiple times a day. This is a group of people that truly enjoys helping others. Years back we invited Greg and Nick to come speak to the miles and points travel community in San Diego and I was blown away with their generosity. They paid out of pocket for food and drinks for the free event they put on. They even took folks out to lunch and dinner. I would say that their site and Doctor of Credit are the only ones I visit on a regular basis and I go out of my way to use their referral links when possible to support their business. Some of the most giving people in this community.

Frequent Miler has a monthly live stream YouTube segment titled "Ask Us Anything". You could ask. I doubt they will have it this month because of their event, but if not it should be back next month.

Every month, the Frequent Miler team takes your questions live on YouTube.
