They engage with their online community multiple times a day. This is a group of people that truly enjoys helping others. Years back we invited Greg and Nick to come speak to the miles and points travel community in San Diego and I was blown away with their generosity. They paid out of pocket for food and drinks for the free event they put on. They even took folks out to lunch and dinner. I would say that their site and Doctor of Credit are the only ones I visit on a regular basis and I go out of my way to use their referral links when possible to support their business.
