More hires of very experienced journalists and producers at TPG, can't imagine how much that staffing expense has increased in the past 18 months, but good for him to have such a strong team: https://thepointsguy.com/news/tpg-hi...n-tom-grahsler

Should be sustainable as long as we avoid another Great Recession where the banks turn off the spiget.

Or if we move to a regime where the American government regulates marketing of consumer financial products

At least he wasn't blaming TK, though (and why is the photo of a WY ticket?).
Simple / honest mistake, it could have happened to anyone really
I remember asking a TG check in staff at BKK airport last year about visa requirements for Karachi - but I scrapped the idea of visiting when I was told that I'd needed one.

+ Ben/James just seems like a really nice guy so I guess readers just like him - or at least they did when he first started writing for OMAAT

I hope they hire more of the same - or at least get better guest contributors -

I found this informative, and a DL status match must have been in the minds of many readers esp. UA/AA elites ...
It was definitely in mine especially when I read about the magical month (July 2019) to do the status match but I didn't do it ...

And less of this ...

When too much detail of every little experience on board becomes ... err just too much to stomach (and too long to read)
Perhaps she gets paid by the no. of words in a trip report / airline review?

I didn’t realize until shortly before the arrival meal that other passengers had received a menu.
If I’d received a menu during boarding, I would have known that a simple amenity kit, eye shades, earplugs and a comb were all available if you asked a flight attendant.

How about you just bring your own instead?
At least you learnt something new about an airline from 1/2 way around the world ..

p/s - I liked the uke Emoji!
or was it this uke

I mean technically it's not free as Zach and the rest of TPG have been giving tons of positive publicity in exchange. #quidproquo

I can't wait to read the article about which credit cards are the best to use when charging off wedding expenses, and then an actual useful article about how he spent his points on his honeymoon.
