Mileage Redemption question
Hello, Ive been getting conflicting reports from different agents and wanted to see if anyone can clarify for me
I waitlisted for J on the 10/8, but due to the new Taiwan rules, i moved the waitlist dates to 10/12 and 10/13, however im 99% sure i wont get a J for those days, i do have a Y confirm for the 12th.
When speaking to the agent, im told that if i take Y, i would lose my entire 75k miles that i used to waitlist. I also spoke to another agent and they told me that the miles 25k miles would be returned to me after i take the flight.
who is correct for this situation?
