Eva Online Services form
Hi, I am trying to book an award ticket using miles for a family member. It looks like the first step is that I need to fill out the Online Service form and then send it back to Infinity MileageLands Service Center. After that, it looks like I will be able to add a Nominee online and proceed with the booking. My understanding is that it is possible to send the Oneline Services over email, but I'm not able to find any email address for Infinity MileageLands Service Center.
For those that have already gone through this process, how did you submit the Online Services form?
