Upgrading from Economy
Hi All
I have booked to travel with Eva Air from LON-BKK in April.
I an currently booked in Economy but as it's such a long flight I might look into upgrading to probably business class for maybe just one way.
My travel agent quoted £1433 to upgrade per person for both directions for 2 persons. Is this a good price? I expected it to be lower...
I have Avios points but I don't think Eva Air take these? Would it be worth waiting until we are at the airport to ask about upgrading there?
thanks!

I checked LON-BKK on EVA's website for 4/3-4/17.
ECO Special is 627 GBP
Elite saver is 825 GBP
Business saver is 1,900 GBP
LON-BKK is 1,040 or 1,328 GBP, depending upon the day
BKK-LON is 859 or 1,146 GBP depending upon the day.
If you have any flexibility in your schedule, you might be able to save a little.
