Help with refund of Thalys ticket purchased via SNCF
Hi all,
I would like to obtain a FULL refund for my Thalys + Belgian rail ticket, purchased via SNCF.
My travel date is 5th April from CDG - Leuven (Thalys + Belgian Rail)
9th April Leuven - Paris Nord (Belgian Rail + Thalys)
I am not a French-speaking person, it is not easy for me to comprehend details/steps in French in the SNCF website
https://www.sncf.com/fr/offres-voyag...xceptionnelles
I do not find my booking reference in Thalys as it is a SNCF ticket but not a Thalys ticket
1. Is my train eligible for a full refund?
2. May I just click cancel ticket in the OUI SNCF? My original condition is refund only 50% instead of full refund. So I afraid I just get 50% back
3. If not possible in Q2, what do you recommend me to do?
Thank you very much your help!

1. Yes, since it's a ticket for a trip before the end of April.
2. You should get 100% back. But I cannot see where exactly you have to ask for that, since I have no open tickets on SNCF right now. (I assume it is a button that you see when you look at your ticket on oui.sncf...? Anyway, if I remember well the system shows the conditions again before you actually cancel, so you can still confirm or not.)

Yes, I've found in a few situations while going through all the various cancellations/refunds for an upcoming Europe trip. I've been searching both English versions of foreign language websites as well as using translate on Chrome. Sometimes it's delayed and sometimes the info isn't consistent.

Thank you for all your replies.
SNCF just offers a refund of 120 Euros voucher travelled in French trains.
However, I do not accept it.
I am an Asian and have never been to France before, voucher is garbage to me, and I am not likely to use them.
Since I am not an EU resident, I do not have a bank account with IBAN and BIC.
my options are
1. Retain the original refund condition, refund 50% of the train fare to my credit card only(in the sales page)according to original fare rules (before say 3rd April )
2. Struggle with SNCF, requesting refund to my credit card (It is very ideal, but there are replying saying that they cannot do it)
3. Giving a friend's IBAN and BIC, ask SNCF to reimburse to it. (Do you think SNCF would perform it ?)
