Brussels restaurant recommendations please!!
So... last minute trip this weekend to see a friend from across the pond that I've not seen for years. I've not been to Belgium for over a decade myself, so although I've promised to sort out a dinner reservation, I'm going to end up turning to Tripadvisor if you lovely lot can't come up with a few good suggestions
Basically looking for
- Reasonably classy and traditional, without being too opulent or plutocratic.
- Michelin stars definitely not required.
- Ideally no more than 100-150 Euros a head with drinks.
- Anything within walking distance of Grand-Place is ideal
- And of course, a realistic chance of getting a table this Saturday evening!
For anyone familiar with Rules in London's Covent Garden, that's kind of the style I'm thinking.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

ETA: AI is pushing me towards La Roue d'Or - any opinions there?
EETA: Nope, looks like it is a shadow of its former self. Now leaning towards Aux Armes de Bruxelles

Aux Armes is also my first idea. Very old-school, but genuine (in an area that is basically one big tourist trap).
Taverne Du Passage
Fin de Sicle (Food is good but not a sophisticated presentation)
La Belle Marachre (Seafood)
