GVA airport train station - near check-in enough?

GVA airport train station - near check-in enough?
I'm planning a trip as stated in another thread:
Can anyone suggest me a route from Évian to Tahko?
I have worked out a way, if the competition is early enough I might be able to catch the direct flight GVA - HEL and I may consider buying a no-showable ticket for that.
The key point in making that is the train arrives airport station at 18:11, the AY check-in counter for 19:00 flight closes at 18:15, is 4 minutes enough for me to get to the AY counter to check in for the flight?

If I am travelling without luggage than everything will be easy as I will buy a no show able ticket if I follow this plan, and check in online while I am on the ferry back if I can make it.
