There are no Iberia flights to BCN from the US - I guess the OP means Level?
I agree with the other posters. Chances of making the connection are slim. Certainly not impossible though. In the best case scenario, you could be from plane to exiting T1 within 15 minutes, then allow another 20 minutes for the shuttle to T2, 15 minutes for getting past security in T2 and another 10 minutes stroll to your Prague gate.
