Hi,
Can someone advise me what are the approx rates for apartment rentals in Vienna. It would b for 8-9 months .. Ideally should be near the metro station and should be fully furnished ...

Near WHICH metro station?
Vienna is a huge city - the rates for a rental will vary by Bezirk and the size of the apartment of course.
If you specific more details, I'm sure you will get additional replies.

Wanted to know the rentals for a 1 bedroom apartment for personal use.. not commercial..
I guess anything around 50-70 sq mtr shd be fine..
Any metro station preferably on line U4 or U3 ...
