if you look for commercial appartment rentals I would estimate the cheapest EUR 700
http://www.pensionbrigitta.at/apreise-e.htm going up to EUR 1800 and more easily for a luxury appartment http://www.wohnen-auf-zeit.co.at/index.phpwith good location near the center.
