Still no work from chauffeur? 20 hrs to flight

Just about twenty hours till my flight and I have yet to hear from the Chaffeeur regarding pick up time. What do I do in this case? The global call center was useless. I just need to figure out pickup time for my flight to jfk!

Also I booked this ticket through AA, not a reward, and can't check in online. Is this common?

It's common on awards. I guess, that as the booking system is likely similar regardless of award or not, then the inability to check in online is probably also a problem with revenue bookings. But I have no experience of that.

Finally heard from the Chaffeeur.
Getting picked up at 11pm.
Just took a while I guess.

As far as OLCI, I can't do it since I booked the ticket through AA.com

Also my driver picks up 11pm, should get to AUh around 12:30, spend an hour in Lounge, then head through customs.
