Cancelled my Doha flight just few days after the crisis. Got the money back in 3 days and miles back in a week.

Hello all
Does anyone have any experience with cancelling cash and miles awards (ie effectively purchasing a portion of the miles required when redeeming online ? Do you get all they refund all of the cash component or keep them as miles?
