Had my first Etihad experience back in May from AUH-MAN, and despite not being unhappy with the flight itself, there were aspects of the product that looked ordinary in comparison with other airlines I've flown.
Cabin interior looked tired, cabin crew were attentive enough but not overly attentive. Food reasonable, but nothing spectacular (not compared to my previous SYD-AUH flight on VA).
Seats though were the massive letdown. Quite narrow and tight on the Airbus A330. Would happily fly on a short leg to AUH, but beyond I'd have second thoughts.
