In my experience, Emirates have been great with kids. I've seen FA's walking the aisles with babies, and often, they get out what looks like a new and improved Polaroid and take a picture - as a family momento.
They're generous with the kids toys, backpacks, colouring kits etc.
And you should be fine with requesting bassinets and bulkhead seats.
Although if it was me, I would decline the memory of any flight with my kids with a photo, especially my 6-yo daughter.
The only reason I'd let the FA's take a picture of me with her on the flight was so that I could show her when she was 18 and remind her that was when she was a pain in the **se and forced me to drink a bottle of vodka, to stop me losing the will to live.
Thankfully, my kids are past the terrible 2's and now all I have to worry about when I take my 8-yo son onboard any Emirates flight is him trying to hack into the IFE system.
You'll be fine. I am way impressed with the consistency of the EK staff.

Baby service in emirates is really worst.
Baby service is very bad now. Service is changed from last years. It is worst. I had very bad experience. Ofcource it is depends on the cabin crew personal.
I traveled via emirates around last 7 years. This is the first time I had worst experience traveling with small kids.
I traveled with my 2 kids including 10 months old baby. Booked a bassinet seat for baby and confirmed with their customer service desk before travel.
In flight from Dsseldorf to Duabai, they didnt given me the basinet seat and behaved the cabin crew very worst. Ofcource in other flight from Dubai to India the people are ok.
My Baby weight is 7.6 kilos and height is 62 cm. I reported the case to emirates. Let me see what they say.
I really suggest, if you are traveling with baby, then please stay away from this airline.

Last I checked with Emirates, they typically provide bassinets for babies < 6 mo or < 60 cm, iirc.
