Baby service is very bad now. Service is changed from last years. It is worst. I had very bad experience. Ofcource it is depends on the cabin crew personal.

I traveled via emirates around last 7 years. This is the first time I had worst experience traveling with small kids.

I traveled with my 2 kids including 10 months old baby. Booked a bassinet seat for baby and confirmed with their customer service desk before travel.

In flight from Düsseldorf to Duabai, they didn’t given me the basinet seat and behaved the cabin crew very worst. Ofcource in other flight from Dubai to India the people are ok.

My Baby weight is 7.6 kilos and height is 62 cm. I reported the case to emirates. Let me see what they say.

I really suggest, if you are traveling with baby, then please stay away from this airline.
