Mssing Miles

Upgraded using miles to business DXB-LGW. Was lucky to the get the newer 777 with the lie flat seats. However, skywards is only showing Economy Miles + 25 % silver bonus(im a new Silver member) - the double mile promotion currently running entitles me to get a 100 % bonus on top this. Am I right or do I not get double miles when using miles to upgrade?

Thanks..

Double miles is only on certain fights - so you need to check whether yours is on the list for this month. I do not think the class of travel matters for the double miles offer.

You do not get J miles for a Skywards upgrade - only Y.

I had checked earlier and my flight (EK 015) is on the double miles promotion.

At the moment Skywards is showing 3398 Miles [DXB-LGW] PLUS 850 [Silver Bonus 25%]

You have to register at Skywards.com for this promotion to get the bonus miles. If you already did register but still no extra miles, contact Skywards about it

You have to register before the flight - if you did that, then make a claim. If you registered after the flight, I think it is too late.
