If you do an on-line check-in, there should be a 'fast bag drop' desk. This seems, however, to be inconsistent between airports.

My query is similar to the OP.
Are the seats at the very back of the plane made available at OLCI? Im flying on a Boeing 777 and would like the very rear seats in Economy where the three seats each side become two seats as the fuselage tapers. When I called Emirates I was told they were for travellers requiring special assistance and I would have to ask for them at the airport.
