E-Ticket or not?
I signed up my wife and I both for Skywards. Then I logged in as her, booked ticket, chose E-ticket, done.
For me, I did the same thing, and I see only the option to Deliver Ticket or pick up at ticket office.
The tickets are CAI-DXB-Osaka. Any idea why the difference? I need e-tickets!

Here's what I had to do to make E-ticket come up.
1) Choose the itin
2) Save it to your profile
3) Retrieve it from your profile
4) Continue booking
5) E-ticket will show up
Brilliant usability
but happy times!

Thanks for that. I had a similar problem the last time I booked an EK flight from MAN-DXB. I couldn't understand why they weren't offering the E-Ticket.
Anyway, I just accepted the 'Delivery' option. But it's useful to know a workround if it happens again.
Cheers,
Rick

If it doesn't work, another option is to select "pick up," call the relevant EK office and ask them to issue an e-ticket instead. Luckily, I have only had to do this once though - otherwise the website works well.
