What vouchers do I need?

On 30 June I am travelling J from Vienna to Dubai on EK 128, overnighting in DBX courtesy of Emirates and then travelling on to Sydney the next morning on EK 418. As this is my first time, I want to make sure my paperwork is in order. I understand that I need a voucher for the hotel in DBX but do I need any vouchers for the limousine transfers to and from the airport?
So far, Qantas, our work travel agent, has issued me with a revised itinerary recording the pick-up and drop off details of each of the limousine transfers but nothing else?
P.S. I am only awake to this issue because Qantas rang this afternoon saying that they'd be couriering over my hotel voucher - this seems to be a bit late in the day since I am leaving for Vienna this Saturday.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You don't need vouchers for the Limo service. At DXB, as soon as you've picked up your baggage and leave the arrivals, there's an office off to the right (it's well signed) where you go and get your limo. They'll also confirm your pickup time (normally 2 hours before departure).
There will be an Emirates representative at SYD who will direct you to your limo, or at least the limo driver will be holding a card with yor name on it.
As for Vienna, not sure how the 'water limos' work
Cheers,
Rick
