Thumbs down Trouble booking On Line

Has anybody had trouble with Emirates.com? I have been trying to book 2 Biz tix from HKG - BLL for 27 May.
When I enter my request on the first page, it never opens the flights and fares page. I get "can't find server"
I have tried on 2 different computers.

You can't actually book tickets to/from BLL at www.emirates.com....

do you mean Bangkok perhaps? (BKK)

If so, I tried booking 2 business class tickets HKG-BKK on 27th May, and had no problems. I got right to the payment page...

Yes, I had great trouble today.

Just trying to retrieve the details, timing, etc of an existing booking, and the website either wouldn't load the page or would load a blank page. I tried firefox and IE, and firefox always wanted to save the page as *.jsp rather than open it.

Very frustrating....

Log a complaint online as a technical issue.I did this and it only took 12 days before I had a response, a worthless one at that!

Problem Solved

I sent a message to customer service. I received a reply from tech support within about 12 hours. They sent some instructions that I tried. They worked on the second try.
I was very pleased with the response time and the instructions.
