I was challenged by ICE
I recently flew a round-trip on the new A345 JFK-DXB-JFK.
Everything about the trip was quite nice.
My only complaint was I found the ICE system not too user friendly. I admit I am not the most technologically inclined person, but I had several difficulties:
Getting the control panel to go back to being a "mouse"
Switching from music to airshow and then having the music stop
Stopping, starting, and returning to a movie in the exact place I left off, if for example, I wanted to listen to music, watch airshow, or the external camera
However, I would much rather have the above problems with the quantity and quality of the system than not.
