Pricing Problem Online

Good Morning All,

I am trying to book an itinerary MAN - SYD, SYD - CHC, AKL - MAN, for 2 pax. My issue, as I select the final flight on the website the result produced is "
  • Sorry, something went wrong
  • Sorry, we are unable to price the selected flight.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to contact emirates directly to solve the issue. The option I want does save quite a bit of money.

Thanks in advance for your help on this.

Have you remembered time changes as you head east, that could be problem depending on how close your Sydney to Christchurch flights are

Thank you Notagain. I have remembered the times changes, there are 14 days between getting to, and leaving from Sydney.

I have contacted customer services, I learned that the fare I was trying to book has no more availability! (Unsure why it is still visible if not bookable, but hey ho!) I hope this may help others who encounter similar problems.

I get this error a lot on mixed class bookings, i.e. Y on my outbound and F on my inbound. Apparently, EK 'online' fare rules do not allow a Y fare to be mixed with an F fare or so I was told. Best is to speak with their Call Center and they should be able to get you the fare.
