Problem with ExpertFlyer??

Problem with ExpertFlyer??

I am trying to check load in F for my upcoming LGW/BNE trip in November but keep getting a notice saying that there is a problem accessing the airline system. Has anyone else had the same problem? Is it affecting all EK flights? I only have the free version of EF. Many thanks.

I have the paid version and have exactly the same problem. All Emirates flights seem to be affected.

I also tried some QF and SQ flights and got the same result. As it's very widespread, it makes me think that EF is the source of this problem.

Bloody irritating! EF seems intent on alienating its supporters.

I’ve had the same - also trying to determine F loads before deciding on flights/routes and booking - is there any other way to check that anyone knows of please? have several flights

All BA flights also seem to be not showing seat maps. Not sure if there’s something a bit broader up.

ExpertFlyer has now become aware of the problem affecting any Seat Maps enquiry.

I have canceled my renewal and will not re-subscribe until they fix this issue since this is just the latest in a long list of issues they seem to defer. Their service is on life support since it was purchased from the original founder(s) and I think everyone should send them a message that they need to be more proactive in communicating these issues and resolution timelines. Where are the emails telling us what's going on at ETA for a fix?

Today it finally seems to be working again, at least as far as EK flights go. Let's hope it lasts......

works for a first and Business for me but not economy. GLA to DXB this weekend at least
