I have canceled my renewal and will not re-subscribe until they fix this issue since this is just the latest in a long list of issues they seem to defer. Their service is on life support since it was purchased from the original founder(s) and I think everyone should send them a message that they need to be more proactive in communicating these issues and resolution timelines. Where are the emails telling us what's going on at ETA for a fix?
