Complaining

I recently flew F from STN-SYD and felt badly let down by several aspects of the ground services at STN. I’ve tried from the web site and in the EK app to lodge a complaint but it will not send. I’ve used Safari, Firefly and Edge but same result.
any suggestions as to why it will not send?

nothing premium about flying fromSTN although there will be an ek lounge soon
