Complaining
I recently flew F from STN-SYD and felt badly let down by several aspects of the ground services at STN. I’ve tried from the web site and in the EK app to lodge a complaint but it will not send. I’ve used Safari, Firefly and Edge but same result.
any suggestions as to why it will not send? |

You can email the Skywards (emiratesskywards) or Customer Affairs (customer.affairs) mailboxes directly.
