I'm trying to book an award flight from MXP-JFK. When I click on the date, and click See Flights button, it errors out with a message "Sorry, we were unable to find flight options to match your search. Please try a different search, or try your original search again later."
Is there something I'm doing wrong? This error happens no matter which date I select.

Hi, I’m new here.
My wife and I are travelling from MAN-BKK with our 7 month old baby. All flights are on the A380. We are in economy and are wondering what bassinet seats are best? We currently have the choice of all options as they are available. On one segment there are upper deck economy seats available.
Thanks in advance!

Hi All,
I am new to EK sub.
We always fly with TK via IST to Asia. It is possible to receive a food voucher when we have 4 hours connection in IST.
We have got a cash paid EK Y ticket from Asia to the EU with 6 hours layover. It is the shortest connection between the city pairs. It possible to obtain such food voucher in DXB?
TIA

I have a dilemma. I have an award identified I want to book. I want to purchase Skywards+ to lower the redemption amount 20%, so I have remaining miles on hand to purchase a first class upgrade should one come up later.
My account name has a suffix in the field that doesn't match my Amex account so I cannot transfer the points as things are now. I want to also transfer points from Cap1, which looks like they will go through without issue.
I could use my wife's account for Amex, however then I cannot transfer Cap1 miles because they do not allow AUs to receive miles transfers. It seems like family pooling is a mess right now so I want to avoid that.
My account has never actually been used, I could just make a new Skywards account with a different email and make sure the name matches Amex exactly. Then transfer in from both systems and purchase the Skywards+ membership on that new account.
This seems like the best outcome, however, any ideas if there will be a problem with me making a second account?
As an aside, secondarily, any experience if an award can be put on hold including the Skywards+ discount, then transfer in the points, and call back and confirm? I am assuming if I call to put it on hold it would be at the standard reward rate, but I wanted to confirm if anyone knows offhand.
*EDIT* I ended up contacting Emirates web support to have my account changed long enough to link the accounts, and then changed back. Still waiting on my Skywards+ to activate and then be ready to book.
addl edit: advice on Skywards+ classic reward discount. After subscribing you must open the benefit tab on the skywards plus tab and you will see something that says “redeem
voucher”, which will enter a unique promo code in your search. You need the FULL value of the award in order to get the discount. So if you only plan on transferring 80% of the award you want, that does not work. That also means if you weren’t planning to book future EK travel you will end up with orphaned miles. In my case I am hoping to use the miles to upgrade to first, but otherwise spending the $399 would not have been the right decision.

Hi
i’m on emirates business class and flying into Dubai and have a 6hr connecting flight to Sofia on FlyDubai, my question can we still visit Emirates business class lounge? As I’m sure emirates business class lounge will be more spacious and probably lying sofa for my kids and us to rest?

Does DXB have any arrival lounges? I have a brutal 22h layover between a 5 am arrival and a 3 am departure the next day, so the times aren't conducive for a proper hotel stay. I'm thinking of exploring the city during the middle of the day but might want to rest up a bit first before leaving the airport. Both flights are saver award first class (Z) if that matters.

The Dubai International Hotel, which is airside seems a better option though. So my suggestion is that after arrival, go through transit security and head to the hotel and get a good rest . A few hours before your flight, go to the lounge.
As an arriving F passenger with a connection, you should be met at the gate and escorted to wherever you want to go. It’s all quite easy.
