SIN Transit from EK with multiple tickets
I've seen much discussion of transiting in Singapore requiring one to be on a single ticket:
SIN Transit BLR - SIN- JFK
Transiting Singapore SQ to UA flights
Transit through Singapore DEL -> SIN, SIN -> SYD Fully Vaccinated, no checkin luggage
However, the Emirates COVID-19 travel page for Singapore says otherwise (red emphasis mine). They seem to be the only airline stating this from what I can see.
Anyone have first hand experience with this? The Singapore SafeTravel website doesn't call out a single ticket requirement, but rather defers to the individual airline to find their approved transfer routes.
I have an EK F award ticket US-DXB (stopover)-SIN, with a goal of getting to a final destination somewhere on a beach (suggestions welcome! -- most likely candidate is HKT at this point, though 3K is the only valid transit partner with flights and it's nearly a 23h layover). Since it was booked with Alaska miles, I can't make changes, unfortunately, so trying to figure out if it's even feasible to fly.

Connecting in Singapore
Passengers can now transit within 48 hours via Singapore between Emirates (EK), Jetstar Asia (3K), Jetstar Airways (JQ), Bangkok Airways (PG), Garuda Indonesia (GA), Qantas Airways (QF), Fiji Airways (FJ), Air Niugini (PX) flights. It is recommended to book the full journey in one booking. Separate tickets can also be accepted if passenger holds a confirmed booking with these airlines.
Passengers holding connections on any other airlines will not be accepted for travel.
