Cancellation Refund-very quick result
Due to Mrs SS having to go into hospital for a operation, I submitted the cancellation refund request for our two J tickets BHX/RGN/BKK/DXB/BHX for February ,last Thursday 16th Jan
Received confirmation today,22nd Jan, that the refund had been processed, less 400 each cancellation fee.
We would rather be flying, but health comes first and our Travel Insurance will cover most of our costs (hotels/internal flights/river cruise etc), but I was most impressed with the speed and efficiency of the process.
