Cancellation Refund-very quick result
 
Due to Mrs SS having to go into hospital for a operation, I submitted the cancellation refund request for our two J tickets BHX/RGN/BKK/DXB/BHX for February ,last Thursday 16th Jan
Received confirmation today,22nd Jan, that the refund had been processed, less £400 each cancellation fee.
We would rather be flying, but health comes first and our Travel Insurance will cover most of our costs (hotels/internal flights/river cruise etc), but I was most impressed with the speed and efficiency of the process.

If the ticket number is correct, refunds are processed instantaneously. I've been at the wrong end of things!
